Properties listed in this auction were foreclosed by the Wayne County Treasurer under the Michigan General Property Tax Act, MCL 211.78 M et seq., as amended, for non-payment of delinquent real property taxes pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure entered by the Wayne County Circuit Court.

To bid on one property, a deposit of $1,000.00 with a non refundable registration fee of $50.00 is required.To bid on more than one property a deposit of $10,000.00 with a non refundable registration fee of $50.00 is required.

A property identified as a premium property may require a deposit of $25,000.00 with a non refundable registration fee of $50.00 .

Unsuccessful bidder will be refunded Only the deposit. Registration fee is non refundable.

To view an individual property click on ‘Search’ or ‘All Batches’ at the top of the page. In order to download a full/partial property list, you must first register and go to ‘My Account’.

Our bidding screen will display the highest bid submitted for the property. A competing bidder may submit a higher bid or submit a Proxy Bid. A Proxy Bid authorizes the system to bid on behalf of the Bidder up to the Bidder’s Proxy Bid.

Winning Bidders will have to submit, in addition to the winning bid amount, the estimated summer taxes due for year 2021. The Treasurer will transfer the summer tax payment paid by the winner bidder to the local community in which the property is located. The summer taxes will be displayed on the bidder screen. Refer to the Bidding Rules for additional details.
